AI Assessment

Measure: Measures you for employers

An assessment that adapts to you.

Questions tied to the skills a role needs. They get harder or easier as you answer, and harder ones count more. You come away with a score for each skill and a range that shows how sure we are.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Pick a role

Choose from over 1,500 roles, from fresher to senior.

  2. Step 2

    Answer the questions

Five difficulty levels. Each answer moves the next question up or down.

  3. Step 3

    Get a score per skill

Every skill gets a score and a range. It goes straight onto your Talent Decision Card.

What it looks at

  • Knowledge per skill
  • Reasoning
  • How you handle harder questions

Formats

  • Multiple choice

  • Case study
  • Sandbox coding
  • Proctored on video

How it counts

Counts in full, for you and for employers.

Everything you do shows up on one Talent Decision Card. The card always says which results are real tests and which are practice.

Good to know

Why does a hard question count more?

Answering a hard question correctly tells us more about your skill than an easy one. Lucky guesses count less.

Who sees my result?

You do, on your Talent Decision Card. Employers see it when you share your card or apply through them.
